Psychiatry for the Whole Person

My comprehensive approach

Working from a holistic framework, I combine psychiatric medication and therapy with evidence-based complementary treatments.

I use laboratory analysis to find the root cause of your mood symptoms, provide supplements, help you manage stress with mind-body techniques, and work collaboratively with you to improve your sleep, diet, and exercise.

I listen deeply to help you understand past trauma and how it affects the present, building on your strengths and inner resilience. Your treatment plan will be as unique as you are and tailored to meet your specific needs.

Some people come to see me because they’ve tried several psychiatric medicines without any relief. Others are seeking a more thoughtful, holistic approach to their mental health where they feel accepted and deeply understood.

My goal is to empower you to use these tools to heal yourself, so that you can create a more vibrant life aligned with your needs and values.

“Dr. Azarani creates a space where I feel truly heard and understood. She challenges me in ways that help me grow while still making me feel supported, and I’ve gained clarity and confidence through our work together. I’m grateful to have someone who not only listens but really helps me navigate life in a way that makes sense for me.”
